Welcome to Casa Kula

A nourishing home for retreats, trainings and ceremony

Casa Kula is a nourishing eco-retreat center in Tzununá, nestled among banana palms and coffee forests with sweeping views of Lake Atitlán and her volcanoes.

We host retreats, yoga teacher trainings and ceremonies, with lodging for 18, three chef-prepared meals a day, a lake-view shala, a sauna, a fire circle and gardens full of healing herbs.

5-star lodging, meals and a lake-view shala in Tzununá

★★★★★

“A beautiful retreat center that feels like a magical jungle everywhere you walk! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was lovely, and the food was fresh every meal. Steps from Lake Atitlán with a quick boat ride to San Marcos — a wonderful choice!”

“WOW! I wish I could give a 10/5 — they exceeded my expectations. We were there for a meditation and yoga camp, and the facility and staff were super friendly and helpful. I’ll be back next year, hopefully with a bunch of friends!”

“A truly wonderful space, built in harmony with nature yet with all the modern comforts you need. The hosts are amazing, intentional people. I felt so welcome with our group of 10+ over a 7-day healing retreat — my favorite was the temezcal sweat lodge. So much love for the Casa Kula community!”
